This vibrant scene was originally created for, and used in the making of, my book: Richly Stitched Landscape Embroidery: Mastering Thread Painted Scenes. Inspired by the hills near Gaviota, CA during the 2023 superbloom, this piece uses 21 colors with the number of strands varying in the different details, and the back is signed and dated.
